Digital Subscription Products (e.g. DeepSwap Premium): If a user stops using DeepSwap but forgets to unsubscribe from DeepSwap PRO, DeepSwap will usually be happy to refund the latest subscription payment, as long as no credits have been used or images created since the payment was completed. To request a refund, log in to the DeepSwap account and send a refund request via the Feedback Form.
Digital products (e.g. DeepSwap Credits Packs, DeepSwap Premium): No refund if any credit pack and DeepSwap Premium have been used. Partial or pro rata refunds are not offered. A refund must be applied for within 7 calendar days from the date of the transaction.
Non-returnable items: Official Rewards, Used credits, Sales items.
Refunds (if applicable): Upon receipt of a refund request, DeepSwap staff will check the membership status to determine if it is eligible for a refund. If approved, then the refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card/payment method used for the purchase.
